Shipping & Payments
1. Shipping Countries
EU countries including DE, CZ, SK, AT, NL, FR, IT, ES. Outside the EU — on request (DDU; duties/taxes on the buyer).
2. Carriers and Services
InPost (Lockers/Courier), Orlen Paczka, Poczta Polska, DHL, DPD, GLS. Oversized items/pallets — freight on request.
3. Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched on the next working day. No same-day shipping. No dispatch on public holidays.
⚠ Please note: due to a higher-than-usual order volume, dispatch is currently slightly delayed. Outlet (in-stock) items now ship within ~10 business days; made-to-order catalog items within ~14 business days. We're working through the backlog as fast as we can.
4. Delivery Times
Poland: 1–3 business days. EU: 3–7 business days (indicative). Outside EU: individually confirmed.
5. Shipping Prices
Country-specific price lists for each EU state apply. Oversized/pallet shipments are priced individually before purchase or after order placement (dispatch follows buyer acceptance). No free-shipping thresholds.
6. Size/Gabaryt Limits
InPost Lockers: sizes A–C. Orlen Paczka: as per carrier limits. Long/oversized items may incur surcharges.
7. Failed Delivery
If a parcel returns due to buyer fault, the buyer bears the actual costs of return and any re-shipment.
8. Splitting Shipments
Default single-parcel shipping. Multiple parcels only on request and priced separately.
9. Local Pickup
Not available at launch.
10. Payments
Online payments are processed through Shopify Checkout: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), Klarna, and local methods (BLIK, PayNow / Bank Millennium S.A.). The methods available at checkout depend on the buyer's country. No cash-on-delivery. No traditional bank transfer. Currency conversion follows the relevant processor's rates.
11. Invoicing
E-invoices issued automatically; paper copy on request.
12. Fraud Prevention
Orders may be cancelled if verification fails or fraud is suspected.
