This Privacy Policy applies to users who browse the Store, place orders, contact customer support, or otherwise interact with the Store's services. Sales are directed exclusively to customers located in Europe.

Depending on how the Store is used, the following personal data may be processed: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, billing and delivery address, company details (if provided), order history, payment status (no full card data), IP address, device and browser information, cookies and technical identifiers, correspondence with customer support.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) - order processing, payment handling, delivery of goods, handling returns and complaints. Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) - accounting and tax obligations, issuing invoices, retention of transaction records. Legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - fraud prevention, IT security and system logs, internal analytics and business statistics, handling inquiries and claims. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where applicable - optional cookies, newsletter or marketing communication (if enabled).

Online payments are processed via Paynow (Bank Millennium S.A.). The Store does not store full payment card details. Payment data is processed directly by Paynow in accordance with their own privacy policy and security standards.

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary: Shopify Inc. – e-commerce platform and hosting provider, Paynow (Bank Millennium S.A.) – payment processing, Courier and logistics providers – order delivery, Accounting and legal service providers, IT and hosting service providers. All recipients process data under appropriate data processing agreements.

The Store uses Shopify, whose infrastructure may involve processing data outside the European Union (including the United States and Canada). Such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate legal mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Shopify's Data Processing Addendum, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: order and accounting data – as required by applicable law, customer account data – until deletion is requested, correspondence – until the matter is resolved, analytics data – in anonymised or aggregated form.

The Store uses cookies necessary for its proper functioning, including security and order processing. For analytics purposes, the Store uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that: does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track users across websites, does not identify individual users. No Google Analytics or similar profiling tools are used. Users can manage cookies through their browser settings.

Under the GDPR, users have the right to: access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, withdraw consent at any time (where applicable), lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
