Returns Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receiving the goods.
2. How to Withdraw
Withdrawal is submitted via e-mail or the online form. A model withdrawal form (HTML/PDF) is available on the website.
3. Return Shipping
The buyer returns goods at their own cost unless agreed otherwise. A return label can be provided on request; its cost is deducted from the refund.
4. Return Address
Parker Poland Sp. z o.o., ul. Firmowa 30, 05-152 Cząstków Polski. The parcel must include the order number/RMA.
5. Refund Timeline
Refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement; the Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the item or proof of dispatch.
6. Deductions
The refund may be reduced if the item shows diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
7. Exclusions
Withdrawal does not apply to: a) customised or made-to-order items, b) sealed hygienic goods once opened, c) goods inseparably mixed with other items. Electronics/electrical parts that were installed or used can be accepted only at the Seller's discretion; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as new orders. The original item must be returned first for faster processing.
9. Non-Conformity / Warranty Claims
Claims regarding faulty or non-conforming goods are submitted via e-mail. Required: order number, description, and photos/video. The Seller responds within 14 days. For accepted claims, the Seller covers the cost of return and re-delivery.
10. Transport Damage
Damage/DOA should be reported within 24–48 hours with photographic documentation. Lack of courier protocol does not exclude claims.
