The Simrad V3100 transponder is a black-box Class B AIS solution using SOTDMA technology for increased transmission frequency and range. Equipped with an integrated AIS receiver, a 5 W transmitter, and the GPS-500 antenna, it provides precise positioning and reliable communication in crowded waters. The IP67-rated enclosure ensures protection against water and dust, and the built-in SD card slot allows local AIS data logging.
